About Scott
In 2002, Scott began his career as a strong and effective voice in the State Legislature. He has served in this capacity for the past 22 years and focused on delivering needed improvements to our community’s aging infrastructure. Scott will do the same as your City Councilperson.
Scott’s farewell speech on the last day (Sine Die) of the 2024 Legislative Session.
“My priorities center on building opportunities for our communities today and for future generations. I hope to build a legacy of improving the quality of life for residents and making sure our keiki have the opportunity to stay in Hawaii to pursue their dreams. To accomplish this, I’ll focus on three areas – addressing Honolulu’s high cost of living, facilitating increased availability of affordable housing, and upgrading our infrastructure overall, especially for traffic.”
